Note: I do not anticipate actually reaching $10/$20 in 2016.

Hello all,

I am creating this thread to track my progress as I get back into playing poker, as well as many other life goals. Much of it will be unrelated to poker, but I will still post about it here, as this is a community that I enjoy and hang out in very much.

This thread is meant to be all about 2016, during with I will start playing $0.01/$0.02 on WSOP NJ with a roll of $60. Between now and January 1, 2016, I do not anticipate playing much, except maybe some to get myself re-acclimated to multi-tabling. I will also have many other goals to pursue in 2016, which I will post about at a later date.

-----------

The rest of 2015 is spent in preparation for the big year that is 2016. For the rest of 2015, I will follow Victor Pride's 30 Days of Discipline program, with slight modifications:

1. For 30 days there is no snacking. Only 3 meals per day maximum can be consumed.

2. For 30 days you must wake up daily at or by 5am. Not doing this, as I feel time is wasted if I get up too early for work. However, I will be waking up early to exercise in the morning, and not sleeping in excessively on weekends.

3. For 30 days you must take cold showers.

4. For 30 days there is no masturbation or internet pornography allowed.

5. For 30 days you must do 100 pushups, 100 situps, and 100 body squats per day. Not doing this, but I do have a different exercise plan that I will be following.

6. For 30 days you must dress your absolute best every single day. Within reason.

7. Every day for 30 days you will have a to-do list that you must accomplish.

8. Every day for 30 days you must keep correct posture - stand up straight, chest held high, head held high and make eye-contact with everyone you see.

9. Every day for 30 days your answers to yes or no questions are "Yes" or "No". Excuses and explanations do not follow your answer.

10. Every day for 30 days you must keep a notebook and pen with you. Too annoying, if I need to take a note I will use my phone.

11. You must have one specific and definite goal. This is something you will choose. Every day for 30 days you must do at least one thing to further your goal.

12. You can take a lazy Sunday morning and afternoon, but Sunday evening is used to prepare for the week ahead.

-----

I will be sleeping at least 8.5 hours each day for the rest of 2015. The goal is to make sure I make up as much of my sleep debt as possible in this period, so I can figure out what my optimal sleep time is per night going forward. In 2016, I hope to make it around 7 hours.

---

Since April, I have gone from 220 pounds to 176.6. My goal is to get into the 140s. I aim to lose 1.5lbs per week.
