The "lol" was in response to a comment that insisted you never have any fold equity in a $1 game from UTG. He was implying that every single, that's 100% of shoves get called.
We all know that is a ridiculous statement....hench my reply of "lol"

As regards to your request to discuss the hand here, that's okay. I just need to find it.

But my complaint is not the hand, it is the appalling manor in which you spoke to me and cut me off.
If you meant no insult by your replies then why didn't you say so after your "meeting" or the next day. Surely Clemens told you that I was very unhappy with the way I was spoken to.

This was a simple matter of either yourself or another member of staff to say sorry at the time, not three months later when I make it public.

The constant trying to turn it around on me is just desperate to say the least.
All that needed to happen when I first posted on here is for someone to reply by saying - I spoke to Herbert and he is sorry he meant no offence.
That would be the end of it, but the pokerstrategy staff insist on trying to turn it around on me or say it was not official, I mean come on. Any and all contact with pokerstrategys staff from a customer is OFFICIAL.

I read the skypelog just before: I never called you an idiot, as you know. I told you that the the spot imho is really bad played and that insisting on the play as right play is imo ridiculous. I classified the spot with words i shouldnt have used, and that's what my apologies are for.

wow. all this whining. isn't poker all about learning to exploit all types of players? short-stackers, deep-stackers, fish, mediocre players, and good players? if u can't figure out how to exploit and beat a short-stacker, then u have no one to blame but yourself. if u cry "short-stackers have an inherent game theoretical advantage," then here's an idea...short-stack yourself. isn't poker all about finding ways to come out ahead, to give yourself an edge over your opponents? personally, I don't mind seeing a few shorties at my table when I bought in for 100BB. if u know they're gonna 3-bet, 4-bet, squeeze, and shove light...ADAPT! sorry, but complaining about a short-stacking strategy is like complaining about someone raising their button and pushing you off ur blind every time, or b1tching about some donk raising to 4x UTG habitually because he read somewhere that it's "the new button steal." just learn how to play against them.
