hi,

a while ago pokerstartegy advertised on their homepage that if a player signs up using their referral to moneybookers they will be awarded 100 bonus strategy points. about a month ago i registered to moneybookers using pokerstrategy's referral but did not receive any points.
i contacted support about this twice (ticket id 968074), first i was told it should take up to 6 days and then a couple of weeks ago i was told i would be contacted about this asap.

no one has contacted me since and i have been given no points. i am a very active TAF affiliate and a long time user on pokerstrategy. i am deeply disappointed with this issue, i don't care that much about the 100 points but i hate being mislead as well as not getting back to me as promised.

i hope this issue can be sorted asap and would expect some kind of compensation (a coupon for the store or w/e).

I just went to our CS team and we had a look into your tickets - and I have to apologize and say that you're compeltely right: the help you recieved in the tickets was unsatisfactory. If our CS promises to come back to you, they will have to do so within some days.

Glad it worked out well. Sadly it's not easy to manage low rate of mistakes in a growing customer service
