Having some difficulty Poker Strategy support. Having some difficulty Poker Strategy support.

Hey guys,

A couple of years ago I was a member of pokerstrategy.com, I was only a member there for a short while before I had some personal Issues and didn't return until a few months ago. I created another account passed the quiz and applied for another $50 bankroll.

Because they had my details already, and realised that I was a member before they obviously declined my new account.

I have emailed the support at pokerstrategy.com explaining my problem in full, that I was already a member, had some personal issues I needed to sort out and didn't use poker strategy for a couple of years. But they reply saying that I need to log in and create a ticket reporting the issue.

This is something I obviously cannot do. what I'm asking here is, would a member staff over at pokerstrategy be ever so kind and help me get back up and running there. I'll cooperate in anyway that I can.

Kindest regards

Nasher

Hey Craig,

why exactly are you not able to login with e.g. your new account and open the ticket?
Also the new account would allow you to solve the problem with our customer service.

Alternatively, you can use the recover password option for "nolimitnasher":

Hey lutz,

I'm not 100% if that is my user name.

Also I haven't had a pc for quite some time and do not remember the email address I used to register.

I hope you can help me get back up and running at poker strategy, Ive returned to poker and need your content.

Regards

Nasher.

Hey Nasher,

the problem is that that way, I cannot verify you own any account personally.

You will need to write a ticket to our customer service - which when in doubt, you can also do when logged out:
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/

And you should try to explain the situation with more detail, because I have a hard time fully understanding the situation.

Best,
Lutz

Hey Craig,

can you forward me your last mail to our customer service to lutz@pokerstrategy.com?

Sorry for the efforts, but I need some thread to pick up in order to help you.

Best,
Lutz

lutz I'm sorry about this and I do appreciate your help,

both emails were sent through on the site, you have a feature there where you can contact you through the site.

would you like a full explanation of my situation sent directly to your email?

Ty.

A summary of the key points would be sufficient.

I just need enough info so that our 2nd level support can find out...
- why your mail was not answered
- which are your accounts
- how your problem can be solved

Xantos,

Does PokerStrategy give a player $50 if they already have an account? Or is this one of the deals where you have to sign up with a site so you guys get the credit as an affiliate?

It looks like I am not eligible anyway accoding to this in your Terms and conditions:

2.3 By registering on the Platform, the User warrants and represents that he is not a resident of or located in the United States or Turkey.

@bonezzZz:
You cannot get the $50 if you already have an account at the respective poker room.
And indeed, we cannot accept US customers currently for legal reasons.

Hey Craig,

you should've received a message from our Customer Service on how to proceed.

Best,
Lutz
