Assuming no history villians limp-calling range here UTG is reasonably strong so you have no real business c-betting this flop as it needs to work ~45% of time maybe more (not exact) to be profitable. Villains range contains a lot of pairs maybe a set or two or overcards all of which have you beat and because of he shot stack villian may be inclined to even push with overs which have you dominated most of the time.

As played I may be inclined to fold depending on history.

Hey guys I just thought again about the hand. Forget my last post I was in a rush.

The pot is 5.77 after villain pushed and hero had 1.42 to call.
Thus Hero needs 19.8% EQ to make a profitable call (Maybe even more because of the rake)

Assuming Villain holds a range like
22+, A4s-A3s, K4s-K3s, Q3s, J3s, T9s, 94s+, 65s, A9o, A4o-A3o, K9o, K4o-K3o, Q9o, J9o, T9o, 98o, 65o

(which is kind of weird according to the preflop play) Hero has still just 19.4% EQ against. If his range is stronger, hero is crushed.

As the board does not offer many draws Hero should have an idea if villain is capable of pushing non made hands or strong draws. If he is never bluffing here you can fold.
On the other hand Villain seems to be quite fishy, thus I would have made the call assuming he has enough silly played hands in his range.

Flop play in general: I think you should have chosen a different bet amount on the flop. Almost Potsize is way too much in that spot as you missed the board.
I would have bet max 1/2 PS. There is no need to bet more. Either villain wants to play then he is allin anyway or he is going to fold which he will do for 1/2 PS as well. I do not think villains would fold a pair in any case.

So my line:
Bet the flop way smaller and fold to the push.

However, Hero should have an okish Equity against the limpers range. Furthermore I have seen many Fish Shortstackers to even Limp/Fold frequently thus the deadmoney to be taken is considerable
