2/5 - V1 - strategic, thinking, reg - played with him before. Bluffs are usually well timed. Late 30s I'd say. Above average hand reader.
HH is relevant, I think. Two hands before hand in question, I snapped off his big river bluff with mid pp (I had raised that hand pre) his action did not match what he was repping. He probably pegged me for a nit or something. Not the type of player I would say is tilty, but I'm sure ego is always relevant.

The Hand -
H - UTG + 1 (500)
V1 - MP (200)
V2 - been card dead and starting to draw.

H - KQs - raise 20
V1 - calls
V2 - calls
Flop - 6TQr

H - 20 (?)
V1 - AI
V2 - bye, bye

Given HH H? flop play ok? What to do?

Your flop bet is too small and he may have picked up on that, but I'm happy folding to such a big shove into two opponents. If he isn't already ahead he probably has an OESD.

Playbig2000 - how can he honestly think a player wouldn't remember the action 2 hands ago? Only way this makes sense is reverse psychology and he really wants me to fold this time.

open ended semi-bluff makes sense QuadJ.

If you are are trying to induce on the flop, then congratulations you did, so now snap off his shove.
If you were not trying to induce then make a more reasonable sized cBet on the flop, somewhere in the 55-70% of the pot for value. Then you can make a judgement after that.
