Uncapped games are monster, you are nowhere near rolled for it.

Yeah I didn't think so, the games are typically good but right now I am definitely not a favorite in the uncapped games I would stick to capped while I build my roll. I think I plan on sticking to 1/3 until I get to $15000, then maybe start playing 2/5.

And I meant to put this in the winrate thread so if this gets moved its okay.

If you aren't beating 1/3 for $20/hr it's not worth playing. It might take a few months for you to get there.

It's more than enough if he is competent.

He isn't rolled to match the biggest stack. Game is still 1/3 and he can still play it if it's the only game around.

I do agree that I would focus on playing a different game. The game plays much differently for sure.

my guess at a realstic winrate for 100bb capped 1/3 is 12$-15$ per hr. could be 20 or more if the structure is good, players are bad and you are awesome.

no clue at uncapped.
that is a terrible win rate. no one here should be striving to get to that.

players are going to be bad. you can just assume that.

and guy is on 2plus2, so, obviously, he's awesome.

Since when is 4-5bb/hr a terrible winrate? That's probably the top 5%

And I mean, if your winrate is like 9$/hr you totally should be striving to grt to 12$/hr

Time for a little brag (at least to me; probably not that impressive to some of you crushers).

I got a new phone on Dec. 19.

Since then I have played 981 hours and last night, I surpassed $20K in slightly more than six months of $1/$2 and $1/$3. (I am -$574 in 41 hours of $2/$5). Also have a little bit of PLO and a little bit of a mixed game.

It is easily the best six-month stretch of poker I have had in 27 months as a 'pro.'

Thanks to cAmmAndo for kicking my ass enough to convince me what I should be doing.

Sugarhouse's poker room opened and he said 'Play more there.'

It is about 20 minutes further from where I live to get there.

Used to be I played most of my hours at Harrah's Philadelphia. Now, I play almost exclusively at Sugarhouse.
