About a year and a half I think. I work during the day so can't put in as many hours as someone that plays full time.

Thanks. Need to put in more hours though, only got in about 25 this month due to work and OFC at the series, which generally leads to life tilt even when winning.

I wonder if he has bad runs of variance in his mind games.
Who is HWSNBN?

Never claimed to be a good poster. Most of my posts are from my phone so they are pretty short, typing out long responses takes a while. I think they get the point across though.

Good news for me: my bankroll is now at 11.5k and my wr has increased to a little over $20/hr. I'm gonna take a "rolled shot" at the lunatic 2/5 game that runs 50 minutes from where I live. Any advice for my play there? I play regularly in a truly wild 1/3 game so I'm not sure if I should mix it up with them or play a solid TAG style. I'm leaning toward the latter for now.
Should I bring one $500 but in or be willing to drop two before going down to 1/2?
I think anyone can LAG it up at 1/2 and rarely ever get punished or exploited for it. Some days I just raise almost every playable hand pre, still only get 3b by QQ+ and rarely AK. At 2/5 more people will exploit someone opening a lot of hands with squeezes and value 3b a wider range. I see a lot more 3b of 99+/AQ+ at 2/5 than 1/2 and 1/3, plus the occasional spewtard grinder kids that want to squeeze every chance they get. At 1/2 the bet sizing is incredibly bad from most players and they pretty much turn their hand face up with their bets and raises, while at 2/5 people will push draws harder, bluff more, cbet more when they whiff, etc. Opening ranges for most 1/2 players consist of QQ+/AK only, while the smaller "standard" opens at 2/5 result in even the fish opening wider.
