I include bathroom breaks just because it's usually 5 minutes. I like to play 8-10 hours straight, never been big on taking breaks at live poker.

When I had a regular job I got paid for every break and bathroom break. I treat poker the same.

I used to when I live roughly 45 minutes away from the casino. I personally don't like playing long sessions, so I'd play 4 hours, go get some lunch/dinner, and come back for a second session.

Now I'm a 2 minute walk from the casino, so I just play till I don't feel like playing anymore.

For the people wondering about travel time. I personally think you should start your session when you start your commute.

You may not include it in your hourly, but you have to admit once you realize the commute takes up a huge portion of your day that hourly becomes less attractive. This applies to jobs as well.

Take your pick between two jobs.

A) $20 an hour with very little commute
B) $22 an hour with a commute of 1 hour each way

If you pick B you don't really value your time.

Can't tell if you're leveling or not... But if you use a bank account and never pay taxes and get audited, you would be in a HEAP of ****.

This is against the law, people. Tax fraud is horrific advice.

You don't pay rent? Or own/lease a car and pay for car insurance? Do you go to school or have student loans? Credit cards? Pay for health insurance? You live completely off the grid?

ilcd proves he is a fool on a daily basis - this is simply icing on the cake...I am sure he would also advise that players structure when depositing large sums of $.

He is busto - wonder if it is due to bad luck or lack of skill. Based on his poasts I am reasonably sure I know which.

Your advice is down right WRONG stick to the chat thread pal

Get poker journal. It calculates your game hourly and your real hourly. As you leave your house, you can start a session and immediately hit pause. This will add to your real hourly, but not your game hourly. Do the same thing with breaks while at the room.

Over 50% of the country doesn't pay taxes. Is the government really going to throw 75million people in jail?

Please ignore any tax "advice" ILCD is giving. Committing tax fraud is not suggested. ILCD please stop posting your advice. If you don't want to pay taxes then don't. Please don't tell others to do it.

If you don't play taxes, posting that you don't pay taxes on a public forum probally isn't the best idea.
You still probally won't get caught, but why increase the odds.
