1/3 nl 9 handed.

$6 UTG straddle. more or less mandatory as everyone is doing it.

$1700 effective.

one LP caller, TAGGY guy EMP opens to $35. 3 callers. Callers are fairly sticky pre. 2 callers esp so, one is $800 deep the other the effective stack.

you are in the big blind.

if you squeeze, what do you squeeze to?

How sticky are the callers? If we go $210, is the initial raiser going to fold a lot? If he calls, will others overcall? Are they folding AQo? Just calling with AK?

If they fold AQo, I would be polar here and make it 210-220 with AQo+, AQs+, A5s, sometimes with AJs, ATs, KQs, maybe KJs KTs, JJ+, maybe TT+.

If they call AQo, probably just TT+, AQo+, AQs+. But if they are really sticky and going to call with like A9s, T9s, I might expand the 3bet range to have stuff like AJs, ATs.

So villains being too sticky might be because you aren't going big enough, but if they are just calling basically no matter what, then your squ8range should be very linear.

Agree a lot with above.

$200-235. If bluffs essentially never work, you don't need to bluff. And everyones favorite bluff hands, like a5s work fine as calls. I wonder if it might be better to bluff with like, KJs, as you are so deep. I feel like you want to see the flop with your suited aces since you can win such a big pot.

Value raises for me will be 99 sometimes, TT usually. AQ, AJs KQs sometimes. AQs usually. With a straddle and a limp I might devalue the raiser's holdings, though that's offset a bit by his tightness.
