i have a Q about supernova elite pace

so given what you wrote, you play on avg 5 hours a day of msnl FR, for 24 tables? is this correct? has the schedule changed throughout the year? are you on pace? how many hands to you anticipate you have to play at 400/600 FR to reach elite?

1) What would you say are the 2 or 3 key things that you have improved on over the past year, this can be hand-related or psychologically or whatever.

2) What do you think are the differences separating you from the winners at the level directly above you in stakes?

3) What are your goals in poker over the next 12 months?

4) Why should anyone choose grinding full-ring over 6max online?

5) Since you seem to play tournaments too, what do you think you can make most $$$ out of over the longer term say next 3 years.. tournaments or cash? Which do you enjoy more?

Better? I mean that is a really tough question. I genuinely think that it is impossible to rank musicians, especially guitarists. I mean there are just so many variables that are not comparable imo.

I will say that Hendrix is the most influential guitarist ever. I think that is true hands down. But Led Zeppelin is the most influential band of all time imo, also the greatest.

Also I'm still drunk from last night. And already drinking.

If I put any sort of volume id actually make serious coin but I just get bored and only 10/20+ is interesting to me now. Unfortunately playing 10/20+ might mean sw0ngs that destroy my bankroll :/
Who said I never get bored? I am constantly bored.

No self promotion in my well, ktnx.

I keep my job because it is a great job. I genuinely like what I do. I make way more money playing poker so I basically decided to grind my life away for the time being and keep work and poker. Also, my company pays for my classes as I stated earlier. It is just too good of a situation to pass up.

That's because we are both good hand readers. Reading a post in a thread and giving your opinion is so much different than actually having cards and making decisions on the spot.

6) How much easier could i troll gomukyaself with 1 paragraph?

7) PetteyTheft or TheLifeTroll?

8) Who wins at volleyball, Gomukyaself and you vs my friend and I?

9) What do you think of GoMukYaSelf and SethSethSeth bailbailbail ing out on us the last night because "early" flights? Would you have gone out?

10) petteytheft: pro or noob? Explanation needed.

I'll think of more later.
1) Favorite part of Barcelona is easily Seth's story against Dario. For those who don't know, Seth min four bet Dario with 1010 and folded to his shove. He basically turned tens into a bluff and wouldn't listen to muk, marccus and I who were trying to explain how bad that was to him. His reasoning for the play was he wanted to 'Rep Aces'. This is probably my favorite term ever.

2) the only thing I really wish I did was lay one of those Spanish chicks. They were all so hot.

3) If it were nice here in the winter, I wouldn't be able to live here because it would be so expensive.

4) Anytime I'm at work.

5) Not very easily. I'm sure most won't believe this but I am extremely level headed and calm almost all the time. Bad runs of poker are pretty much the only thing in the world that sets me off.

6) So easily. Please post your 'Day in the life of a life troll'. That was the funniest IM convo I have ever had.

7) Definately life troll.

8) Me and Muk, assuming that he doesn't pass out mid game again.

9) Are you kidding me? I went out the night before my flight until like 5 a.m. I woke up an hour before my flight left and literally was Home Aloneing it through the airport to make my flight.

10) You're pro, but your 6m playmastering skills will never work on me.

No, I average like 3 hours a day. I do 24 table but the majority of my play comes from 3 or 4 ridiculous sessions a day. Like a 12 hour session is not uncommon for me. I am ahead of pace at 780k right now. I will probably play about 2M hands this year.

1) Oh man, I don't know if you have played with me but I have improved in basically every area. I don't mean this in a cocky way, more if I was so much worse in the beginning of the year it is comical. If you ask any p* reg they will tell you how bad I was 9 months ago.

2) Honestly, I don't think there is much difference. I know I'm not as good as the players up there but if I cut down on tables and worked on my game more I am pretty sure I could get to that level. However, I think I would be breakeven in those games without scout at the table.

3) Like I said, I want to make 25k every month and make 400k next year.

I like playing a sh*t ton of tables and it is way harder to 24 table 6m.

2) I think cash is more lucritive. I hate tournaments because unless you win you are going to be disappointed. Also, even if you final table a big tourney, it is the same as a good 10 BI session at cash. The latter happens way more often.

Solid nit.

I don't like it really. I think avatars should either be really tilting like Poo-onadick's or just intimidating (Jordan!).

Dude, you caught me on the hottest roll of my life. I think more often than not rolling dice for 12 hours leaves you with an empty pocket. However on that day, I was dubbed the 'point man' and I couldn't miss. Nelly doesn't shoot dice with just anybody.

11 years.

Fender American strat, Gibson Less Paul Classic with quilted top, Ovation century legends accoustic, Schecter bass.

Same as poker, dedicate yourself, put in the time and just get better. Obv just learn songs that you like and you shouldn't need motivation to play.
