Weird spot due to out of turn raise

$2/3 Sunday mid day
V1 UTG ~$500 late 50’s WG. Seems like a rec, maybe more reg though. I assume pretty ABC.
H UTG +2 ~$575 40ish WG.
V2 MP ~$600 70yo WG. $2/3 reg.
OTTH
V1 opens $20 (standard), H flats w/ 77, V2 flats, LP flats.
Flop ($79)
Q75r
V1 bets $60, H thinks for a second and V2 throws out 2 black chips for a raise. Now if H flats the $60 then V2’s raise stands. Really my only option here is to flat the $60 and shove over the $200, right?
V2 knows if I flat I’m doing it to make his raise stand so really, unless he has exactly 33 or QQ it's going to be hard to get a call.
Basically there’s no smart way to play this hand without telling the table I have a set.
Weird spot but simple I think?

Think you’re spot-on here, so yeah, go with the way that gets an extra $200 in the pot—just call.
And of course, at this limits, people pay such little attention, it probably doesn’t matter, V2 will call your shove if he has AQ/33 and fold everything else regardless.

Yeah flat. If you raise, then V2 can just fold. If you rase, all the villains can fold. You're at least guaranteed the 200 (and 60 from V1) if you call.
Raising now tells everyone even more that you have a set and you're afraid of people drawing out on you.

I don't like being the first caller at what I'm assuming is a full table in EP. We can be squeezed preflop. We're in terrible position postflop between the preflop raiser and the field (admittedly not as concerning with a setmining hand, although still cuts down our IO). So I just nit fold preflop.
And yeah, nothing to do but call and let the raise stand, imo. Don't necessarily have to shove over top of it though, we could flat and rep an OESD or hurp durp Qx / overpair depending on how stoopid we look.
