I play mostly NL100/200 so this is definitely taking a shot for me. Villain is running like 27/22ish over ~100 hands but a decent amount of those were 5-6 handed. Either way he's clearly been active.

My image is prob splashier than it should be. In a string of 3 consecutive hands, I 3-bet the guy to my right, got 3-bet the next hand by Villain and folded, and got 3-bet again by another guy the very next hand and he folded to my 4-bet. My cbets were also getting ****ed w/ a lot (or so it seemed).

What I'm really confused about is the river play. Can I ever value-bet? If no, are we generally c/f since that would be a really bizarre line as a bluff?

i think chk call chk raise are both fine, he shud b value betting many worse hands on river. if he's shown any propensity to be a nit and pot control a lot i wud bet out

this can be some 8xs and 77-TT lookin to get to showdown. any stats on river agg. c/c

I'm definately never folding the river, check and let him bet. C/r river if he's calling off with an 8, and don't if he folds an 8.

I think I'd just check/call here... Kinda nice to see what he has, imo.

I wouldn't CR the river. People check raise the river a lot with big hands at these stakes, even if the turn checked around, so it's likely villain is familiar with this line and will likely not payoff. I think by CR'ing the river, you're turning JJ into a bluff.
