i know this is the wrong thread, but i don't think i will get the proper critique in the forums for these stakes.. also because the players here as deep as a 5/10 game, maybe this is the right place to post here.. please help

Playing at this 1/3 home game since 5pm. Everyone has been playing for a good 8 hours at this point and we started with 20+ but are down to 8 players now and game will end within a few hours.

The villain 1 is a middle aged bigger black man with sunglasses on indoors. He uses position well, sometimes shows aggression, and generally doesn't put money in bad unless tilting. Hes bought in for $200 and has a stack of $330 now.

Hero is a reg at this game. Very aggressive in position in tough spots. Have made big bets with draws and have gotten many players to fold their top pairs face up and i muck. Def winning more pots than i should be. At this point in the game I haven't won a pot in a few rotations and lost around $100. Bought in for $1160 and sitting with 1050 behind.

I limp with QQ UTG for $3.
UTG +1 calls (older man from eastern nations/iraq/afghanistan/russia who knows) he made one big bluff when he bet $55 with 7-2 after 5 limpers in his BB and took it down. Every other time in showdown hes good. He's folded KQ K73cc after leading 20 and getting squeeze shoved. $250 behind

UTG+2 calls
HJ(villain 1) calls from HJ
Button calls
SB calls
BB checks

FLOP 10 5 3 r
Check around (obv a bad check when i think back on it, but did not want to fold to a raise or inflate a pot OOP without any info)
TURN 9 (no flush draw still)
I bet $17 now
UTG+1 calls $17
Villain 1 raises to $50
folds to hero who calls $33
UTG+1 folds
RIVER J
hero checks
Villain1 bets $50
hero raises to $200

Villain tanks.
Here's my analysis on the hand. Obviously i am bluffing representing a 7-8 here but why would i lead turn with low straight draw i dont know. I thought this was extremely spewy raise bluff at first but now with some thought, i think it might be a profitable play...

Villain1 could have a wide range of hands, but I don't see him showing up here with 10j and 9-10 or why would he check top pair in late position on flop. for this reason i remove 55,33 from his hand, and because he didn't raise pf with late, i remove 10-10-. with that said, a set of 99 is definitely possible. Because it would justify his raise on turn. But another possible hand is QJ.

Villain tanks and calls $150 more
Hero, who has been screaming FOLD in his head for the past 5 mins, says good call shows QQ and villain mucks
if his range is completely QJ and 99, is it +ev to raise here assuming he calls with a J every time? I turned overpair into a bluff but it ended up being good and now i'm thinking it was a decent play.... One meta, was that if he had 99 i think he would bet more, not the same amount he did on the turn, but i would not go all in with this kind of info...

Ha, yeah! What do those idiots at LLSNL know? You gotta come HERE to get some REAL analysis!

Here's my analysis. Your fakey-limp from early position PF is pretty bad, I know it can be tempting to do that and then jam on a raiser, but too often, this happens especially at 1/2 or 1/3.

Your flop check is bad for the same reason, at this point you're just begging someone to pick off your QQ.

Rest is okay, I guess.

I'm sorry that my introduction offended you. I posted this thread to the proper stakes first then being an impatient person(this reflects me as a player) I posted it again to mid stakes to get a wider range of audience. Excuse my bluff/lie.

I limped here not necessarily to c/r but to achieve a balance of my range of limps. It I limp raise all my premiums and limp fold everything else it makes my limps very easy to steal. Also we were playing very deep so I can fold if it's 3 bet to me or flat someone and disguise my hand oop.
I agree that flat check was bad in hindsight. But I figured full ring utg limp then lead on flop was too powerful and anyone with a pair now had good motive to redraw for 2 with huge implied odds if I repped that overpair. It's not even close though I should have bet but once theirs no bets preflop I'm check calling two streets and reevaluating. Anyway I'm asking about that last action you think it was alright?

This. Turning overpair into bluff in limped multiway pot is nice.

damn you over 300 limps deep... sick game.

i would chk/min-raise river, if he 3bets, ship over the top and rep KQ since you got blockers.
