You can't really say if raising or calling is better with absolutely no information about villain or other villains.

The two plays are going to be extremely close unless villain never bets without the nuts or with a villain who will pay us virtually every time we hit or there's some idiot not yet mentioned we want to keep in a pot. It's a super whatever spot until those questions are answered. Raising fine, calling fine whatever we have outs.

i think they mean call the initial lead? which has some merit.

calling the 3bet is fine too, I can't tell you how many times I've laughed a someone betting 200 ott in this kind of spot

Rather ship bc u want to play vs his range now. If u call you will get confused on blank turn

wtf shove.. Even my grandmother knows this is a shove. You must have lost this hand or something which will happen but it's a shove everytime with no reads or info. It's pretty hard to flop better with this hand if you are folding this then you shouldn't be playing 910s.

I meant call the initial lead fwiw. I could be wrong but it seems like the best play. I know we have a ton of equity, are we ever getting called by much that's worse? I don't know and I don't think it's really worth analyzing.

Well, define worse, because we're 60% against T8

We have like 54% vs. A continuing range of sets, straights, flush draws & 2 pairs. I guess my view is that our opponent isnt really making any mistakes by us raising. I assumed that by just flatting the flop lead we could get people to put more money in with dominated hands? I was under the assumption that our opponents can't fold a set on the turn when a flush card comes in?

I think I would be raising this hand Pre, considering your IP and so many limpers, but I agree that there is no reason to raise on the flop, because a few limpers might call behind with worse 1 pair hands etc and your not having to shove/fold.... let him bet turn etccc IMO

What is nuts is that you whiffed on both the turn and river. I mean, how does this hand not get there...

Another argument for shoving is that all of Hero's outs either make the flush, pair the top card, or put a one liner to a straight. So,It's possible these are scare cards to V and he finds a fold on the turn.

Villain should also fold a set of 7s, possibly 8s to a shove but doubt many would (3-betting with bottom set also bad).
