As COVID releases its grip on the world, and the WSOP has finally released dates, we're looking at getting the band back together for our first meetup in a few years.

This thread is to gauge interest and determine optimum dates. Generally, the only thing we hard schedule is the low stakes forum cash game (traditionally 1/1 at MGM, but as it's been a while, that might change). We usually try to schedule that for a weekday near one of the donkaments that lots of attendees want to play, often the Millionaire Maker, though that is open for discussion.

So, let's discuss. Who is interested? What dates are ideal? Other thoughts/ideas?

I am probably in this year. I have a ton of vacation time, after not being able to take any for quite a while. As long as our date doesn't conflict with some other commitment, I am in.

Edit: 1/1 game 21st June. If you want to reserve a spot post so ITT, but don't flake on us please. While I'm aware that things happen, I don't want to oversell this thang and then end up with only half the people who signed up.

it's further for me to come, so I'll be there for a week ish.

at this stage, I think I'm gonna aim to play both the Milly on 18th June and then Senior's on 22nd. To make this work, I would likely arrive on Thurs 16th and leave on Fri 24th or potentially Sat 25th (if...y'know, I made it past day 3 of the Senior's which is probably 50:50)

hopefully this could fit in with either a 3/4 day weekend for the rest of you for either Thur 16-Mon 20th or Thu 23-Mon 27th? or during the week obvs

re a 1/1 type game....that has been a ton of fun every time we've done it but honestly...even if we couldn't get a full table, we could just go to a low rate poker room, start congregating at a 1/2 table and then just table change til we're all there. Skip, Toots and I did that to full effect and were both loved and hated equally by those around us
