Unethical? OR angle worth using again? Unethical? OR angle worth using again?

Last week playing 2-5 this spot happened and what I did worked in my favor. Curious what you think?!...

2$-5$ 9 handed.
Hero utg strattled for 10$ ($1600) lag
V opens mp $40 ($300 scared money level 1)
V2 button calls ( ~$1200 ****ty reg)

Hero calls 9To (leaky)
Pot 127$
Flop 225r
Hero checks
V1 bets $50 w confidence
V2 calls $50 (guy is ******ed not worried about him)

((Heroes initial thoughts are that this is a great spot to check raise with this board but the Thought of a tank flat - donk bet will more likely scare V1 off his hand. Repping a 2 )))
Hero tank flats
Pot 277
Turn Q
Hero leads for $155
V1 is tanking ( range is JJ+ discounting QQ due to his actions)
Meanwhile hero sees v2 grab his cards and is holding them ready to muck.
V1 starts stacking all his chips into one big tower looking pained as he starts sliding them forward.
--- unethical or angle ---
Hero obv knows v2 is still in the hand
Before V1 crosses the betting line hero blurts out CALL!!
This stops v1 in his tracks and he pulls his money back.
V2 says "hey wait it's not on you yet"
V1 says " I haven't acted yet"
Hero apologies says " I didn't see your cards v2"
V1 quickly folds as does v2
Hero scoops and mucks.
Unethical??? Good angle against this type of player???

I personally think it is unethical. Whether or not it is a good angle or not is debatable, but it is an angle none the less, and I'm not an angle shooter. Your verbalization of "call" would be binding assuming that V2 doesn't change the action.

I laughed.

Firstly....BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Secondly, I assume where you were playing you were sure that your action wouldn't be binding before you did this? Where I play the call would be binding unless a raise was made by V2.

Yes binding aware. Obv wanted v1 to fold therefore clearing my verbal action.
(Starting to feel unethical as I say it out loud)

Wrong forum. My only question is to move it to B&M and have Rapini temp ban you or lock it. Fortunately for you, I'm not drunk enough to get you temp banned. Deliberately acting out of turn is against poker etiquette. Continue to do it and you may find yourself unwelcome at your room.

Locked.

PS. Congrats on the call, RP.
