Hi all,

Pretty typical 1/3 loose passive. Hero opens 75hh MP1 and three callers $350 eff.

Flop ($40): K-2h-7c. MP2 unknown MAWG $10, call, hero calls closing action. Three ways now.

Turn ($70): 5s. Checks to MP2 again who $20, folds to hero who c/r to $50. V insta-min-clicks to $100. His hands are shaking.

Thanks,
DT

Fold pre. You can open this hand in CO but no earlier.
X/r larger on turn. At least to $90.
As played call.
Next time include suits of cards.

i have a thing where when i need to concentrate my hands can shake a bit - sometimes taking a photo that's not blurry can be difficult for this reason, same with handing/accepting a business card - people often see this and think i'm an alcoholic who needs a fix

because of this, my hands also tremble a little whenever i play a big pot regardless of the strength of my holdings

people often saw it and would talk about it with stuff like "his hands were shaking of course I'm folding" but for me it was pot size influenced not cards, as i was a bit tight in big pots the read was often randomly correct for that reason so i made a habit of taking half a vicodin before any high stakes session to eliminate that possibility

if no pain killers available i'd just have a single drink before the session and slowly nurse a few over the course of the night, never getting inebriated (I'm pretty big and have done a lot of drinking so tolerance pretty high) and it may have helped sell an image anyway

as played i think it's pretty tough to justify calling here because you're now playing for stacks on the river if you call and there's only 4 cards in that deck to come that you'd be happy with getting it in with

betting 2x streets and then min 3! a reraise on the turn here is incredibly strong, I think Kx is the bottom of his range here and he has a lot of stronger 2p and sets in his range as well

When a loose passive starts raising, they have a big hand. The shaking hands aren't definitive, but are another sign with the the click it back raise on the turn that 2nd and 3rd pair is in big trouble. I can let this one go.

I fold preflop. Seems way too EP to be getting out-of-line at a table with no preflop FE (where best hand wins postflop in eleventeen way pots and it's unlikely it is going to be us, especially OOP).

I might cbet this. If no one has a K we probably have the best (but very vulnerable) hand and the bet is for protection. If we get called we have outs. Guess I'm also calling as played.

I might just start donking ~smallish on the turn. Sucks if it checks thru at some point (either now or the river), especially since bluffs are a little less unlikely on this drawless board still multiway. I also think check/raising is overplaying, and often gets worse to fold / better to continue.

As played, I'm done with it. Someone just 3bet a late street check/raiser (which means infinitely more than whatever "read" we get regarding shaking hands) and even 72/52 don't do this enough (at best they go into showdown mode, otherwise they make the nit fold).

Pre is loose. Forget about his hands shaking, we're in a bad spot here against a passive player for sure one he raises a c/r. I don't even think I would c/r him when we turned 2 pair, or even call the flop bet unless the king was a heart obv
