Ok so I haven't been at table long. I don't have any history with villain. He's mid 20s white guy. Haven't seen him get out of line or do anything that should be noted really. So basically I'm running on default for now untill I can get some info on my villains.
Eff. Stack is around 230. Hero covers
Otth: villain bets 8 from utg+2 Folds to hero in b.b who re-raises to 20 with AQos.villan calls

Flop:43$: q 6 6 with 2 hearts. Hero raises to 28.villan reraises to 85.
Hero???
It should be noted that I don't have any hearts also

I really don't like the 3-bet pre, especially since you don't know much about your villains. Seems like worse hands will fold so you might just be getting rid of AJ and KQ type of hands that you want to play against. The sizing is also very small so in a way it is just bloating a pot to play it OOP against V's stronger range (that is willing to call a 3-bet). As played, fold. You have announced strength with a 3-bet pre and c-bet of 2/3 the pot and an unknown V has put in a significant raise. This screams KK. Yes sometimes this is a flush draw but way more often than not it is a made hand.

I'm not a big fan of the 3bet preflop either. An EP raising range is going to be very tight. By 3betting, we are narrowing an already narrow range while playing OOP. Sure, that's great for when he flats AJs and we get stacks on a A6639 board. But most rec players despise AJs. So I'd like flatting better. We keep his range wider and that gives us a big boost in the hand equity department.

As played, we block QQ/AA to just 4 combos. KK has 6 combos. We don't have a heart and most villains put us on AK. I think calling is better than shoving which is better than folding. Such few hands actually beat us but we can still keep his range wider by flatting. I'm folding on any heart or K turns, and jamming over his turn bet with the rest of the cards. He's then putting his money in a lot worse this way and we can still get away from the hand. He checks turn, think we're check/calling most river bets too. I don't think we can get value from worse by betting the river, but plenty of bluffs that he can fire.

I think if there is anything I'm jamming the flop with, it's going to be like AA/KK and some random AhXh combos (but not too many).
