your sizing on the flop is horrendous but I don't think you should learn why on a free public forum, the game needs fish
but anyway since you asked, you should really start asking yourself what exact hands you are getting paid off by on this flop
I like to call it "sculpting" villains range. If you bet an amount where he can only flat call you with sets, you box villain in to have only hands that beat you. If you want to get paid off by flush draws and bluffs, you have to bet less.
another why of putting it is: why the hell would villain ever pay you off on bluffs and draws if you don't let him
