puke fold

its a great pot to float and potentially bluff... If V is doing that then well played, nice hand, good bet V and here is the pot...

In spots like this, I consider villain being willing to float and bluff equivalent with V having a

I'm not going to level myself into calling him because we are probably only good here like 10% of the time.

Think about it. Odds of V NOT having a club are probably around 60%. Then throw in the odds of V purposefully floating you WITHOUT a club while simultaneously hoping for a club and then also hoping you do NOT have a club or FD so that he can then bluff you off of your made hand is probably around 10%. So we have 10% of the 60% which works out to 6%...

So 6% of the time you call in this spot and V does not have a club...

So yeah, I have absolutely positively no problem whatsoever puke folding this river.
