2-3 NL. We have been at table a couple hours and villain is very aggressive in bad spots. 2 prior hands he tripled me and I called off and won. He hasn’t bombed river yet.

Terrible runout, but vs a very aggressive villain, I think I want to call... I mean think on the AQTAJ board with 3 clubs, a lot of the natural bluffs got there. If villain can find bluffs there, they can find bluffs here. It is a concern that villain is potting it when they haven't done that before. If they made a very large overbet without a history of doing that as a bluff, I would start thinking about folding.
Newest me would sit there and tank for two minutes while staring at the guy, trying to pick up a tell, before finally giving up, saying eff it, and flicking in the call. Because spewers gonna spew, amirite?
vs a guy like that who's already shown he can tripple barrel bluff with air, once I called the turn it would be hard to fold for less than a psb otr. Sure he's got hands that can beat us but it looks like he's tryna fold you out with the ace otr (a flush or top two would probably wanna bet an amount you would call). There's nothing wrong with folding though, these high variance (for us) players often become just a guessing game sometimes. Players like him could also be going to town there with AK thinking he just ginned the river.
