Tipping and Session Length

So I have just started playing live 1/2 poker played about three sessions of five hours each. I have a couple of questions:
1. What is your stance on tipping dealers? How much, when, not at all?
2. My casino has a high hand payout of $500, I got this today, should I count it in my ROI at the end of the month or nay.
3. As sessions are played you get better reads on players, but you may also get lazy, tired and make a mistake the longer you go. Ending a session requires self control. How long do you think an ideal session is?

1. Watch what the rest of the table does and do more or less the same.
2. No spend it on your mum
3. A session should last as long as you feel you can keep winning. Being honest with yourself is tough. Leaving after a lucky win is +mood EV.

1) I tip $1 for a normal pot, $2-$5 for a big pot IF I think the dealer is good. 3% is a standard tip for bonus's and tourney wins, like the $500 high hand.
2) If you count it, it might vary your statistics a bit, but then again, it's reality, so....
3) I leave when I start seeing consistently stupid decisions on my part. Three bad moves in a short period of time, and I'm gone. Right now I can get about 5 hours in, but I'm working on my stamina there. It's gotten better so I think it's a function of practice. I can only play once or twice a week, so that may be part of it.
