My standard UTG is to raise JJ, but if we're going to get 4 callers I'd be totally cool with limping it.
I'd pot the flop so I can shove a non-flush turn.
As played, I actually have no idea what to do on the turn. I guess a 2/3 PSB shove could fold small flushes, but should small flushes really be in the mix. We could check/call and hope he's bluffing, or perhaps hope he does a ******o bet size or sneakily checks giving us odds.
