The casinos I play in allow RIT only in timed raked games. It costs them nothing.

Keeps more tables running. Raking 28 hands an hr on three tables > raking 30/hr on two.

It's not one size fits all and how it's done matters but in general.

It's almost always bad for you, the winning pro. Fewer hands an hour. Fewer chips on the table. Neither good for a crusher's bottom line. In the short term/vacuum snyway.
