BTN calls (250bb)
SB 3B 25bb (200bb)
Hero ??

I know sb can 3B light but this is first 3b IÂ’ve seen so far. How should be be proceed in spots like this.

If we 4b should we be calling off to a shove.

I know I normally lean towards calling in this spot but it does make it hard to play post too

Yeah that’s that’s I didn’t. Fine it’s hard to continue post in spots here for example 223 board if we face two barrels it’s hard to call. Or even boards Q23 K73 it’s very hard to call two streets.

Anyone have good sauce for 4-bet ranges 200+ BB deep. I'm a tournament reg trying to transition to cash. I lean towards flatting my whole range in these spots cause we're so deep and feels bad stacking off 200bb with anything but AA (Unless of course we have a read on villain).

Mixing is probably the best, but outside of reg leveling wars you can range call too if it's a soft enough live game and you're strong enough post. I wouldn't worry too much about the IP caller coming along as if he call, calls pre he is just only continuing past the flop with the virtual nuts.

I would hate to 4b/fold or 4b/call. 4b/fold is a disaster with jacks. Would much rather have Ax blocker as a 4b bluff. 4b/call sucks too as villains 5b jam range is super nutted and JJ doesnt do well vs that range. Folding JJ here very weak. Calling is my play for sure 200bb eff

Thank you. I agree. When playing post how do we proceed on boards with 3 cards lower than a Jack. It’s very hard to call two or theee barrels.
