I am not a total donk because this is 1/2.

Hand 1: Main villain has about 300 and I cover. He is new to table and not much reads. UTG and CO limp, SB completes, I raise to 15 with AsJh. Could check OOP. UTG and CO call. Flop is Kh8h4c. I cbet 20 and UTG calls. Turn is 7h. I check/call 25. Maybe better to barrel. River is 3h for Kh8h4c7h3h, giving me the 3rd nuts. I check/call 65.

Hand 2: HJ limper is older woman, says she mostly plays tournaments, knows how to play, but limps fairly often, often with good hands, and raises usually small preflop, sometimes with premium hands. Main villain is BB, who seems like a good player for stakes, came from broken table with 750, but they told him he could only match the highest stack 580. I haven't seen much, but seen him 3! and also limp a couple of times. I have about 400 and main villain covers.

HJ limps, I limp behind in CO with 66. I know raise is more standard. SB and BB join. Flop is 864, r. Checks to me and I bet 7, BB and HJ call . Turn is a J for J864 with a 2-flush and is checked around. River is a 6. BB leads for 15 into 27, HJ folds. I raise to 50, HJ 3!s to 140 and I fold. I planned to raise/fold the river, but didn't think a 3! was likely. Didn't think it likely he would bluff 3! or value 3! worse.

I personally would not have folded the nuts.

There were 2 straights out there and he was in the BB in a limped pot. Maybe he could be raising with a lower set, but I would think he would have bet that earlier. I guess he could be 3!ing two pair or turning his hand into a bluff.

It may have been a call to the river 3-bet. That is why I was posting it. However, I definitely did not have the nuts. People at those stakes don't usually fold a hand they raised the river with for value, so I just didn't think he could be bluffing. It seems like you would need a really big hand to value 3-bet, as I am not raise/calling with one pair. I had checked the turn in position, and he took a long time to bet, which is sometimes a bluff on the river in these games.

By your description you have the nuts as you have quad 6s. Start 66, 6 on flop, 6 on river.

This is the correct HH. I mistyped it before. I made a set on the river on 842J6.

HJ limps, I limp behind in CO with 66. I know raise is more standard. SB and BB join. Flop is 842, r. Checks to me and I bet 7, BB and HJ call . Turn is a J for 842J with a 2-flush and is checked around. River is a 6. BB leads for 15 into 27, HJ folds. I raise to 50, HJ 3!s to 140 and I fold.
