What stakes are you playing and what stakes do you want to play?
The most common stake around here available to me is 1/3. But its plays very deep and i would say its more like 2/5 in reality considering the amounts that is in play on the table. every pot is at least staddled once, often double straddled. Its not uncommon for the table to have between $12-15K on it through the night when its good action.
Ive played a decent amount of PLO at this point through the years, but i very likely have some leaks here and there, spots i dont take full advantage of, i want to polish my ranges so they are accurate and so forth. So my aim with studying a bit is to raise my winrate in the games and polish my game so to speak.
As i gauge the poker environment around me, pretty much all the money is gonna be made in PLO over the next 2-5 years, so it makes sense for me to put in efforts to get better in PLO and make sure my game is up to par.
