i've had several months where my meter was read incorrectly causing a bill to be 2x-3x bigger than it should be. i called the company and they either fixed it or put a stop on my autopay for the month to investigate.
i kinda feel like if i didn't have autopay, those months i was overcharged, the exact same process would have happened. though they wouldnt have halted my autopay, the would have just told me to not pay, but same thing.
autopay, in my mind, does not mean blindly not pay attention to your bills.
Pretty much every utility has erred at some point and maybe 1 out of 20+ was it in my favor. As a renter I'm not allowed to get an electric bill but I pay my landline by mailing a paper check every month.

Would consider a SSHD and screen on the larger side. At least 17”.
I love my i7-8000 but I just cannot recommend ASUS. So many power problems and its only 2 years old.
I also am mad at Microsoft for taking away the contrast control. My business laptop looks like someone used a #3 pencil on alabaster rock.
