7.5bb raise as well.

IMO if I were you, I'd have a minimum J10ss+ and then Ace wheel suited to open there and even that might be too wide

Appreciate it, and I agree. I meant the charts I have, not my actual playing range. Most things in the charts that are split with fold, I normally default to the fold option. My UTG is 99+, A10s+, K10s+, J10s+, AQo+

I could probably drop 99 and J10s and be better off as well.

That guy had a 25bb stack (at most at the time), and was only vpip’ing 100% when it was a limp. Least of my worries.

The big thing you missed was this was a mandatory $4 bring in game. It’s almost a 2/4 game, it’s a weird structure. I 3.69 x’d it. Standard.

Lastly in loooooser games I’d fold this more often than not. Table was going HU or 2/3 handed when a raise was introduced. Bunch of limpers wanting to see flops. I’m close to 100% raise 65s UTG at this table, or at minimum look at the second hand of the clock to coin flip it.

I have been under the impression Donatello is interested in improving his game. He posted a HH that was him mashing buttons (imo). I advised him that although preflop charts may have this as a raise utg sometimes he should fold hands of this nature (screw down his game) until he has learned how to succesfully navigate post flop more better.

I completely understand that you prefer to ball out. Hence the rambo meme of John Rambo blasting away with his oversized gun when you stated "dont remember dont care". I commend you in your efforts - your HHs are some of the few i ackshually enjoy...kudos

This may be the greatest roast ever. Tom Brady told Jeff Ross to lay off Robert Kraft and he looked serious about it. These fools are going all in on him. Aaron Hernandez jokes on tap.

I assume you're talking about Die Fantastischen Vier, the all time great German rap band? They are indeed an open from every position

Why do I imagine you in your 20’s doing all that high knee stepping to this song?

Also, I guarantee this is Garlick’s hype music before he battles in his armor.

It was pretty great. Loved Glazer. There were a lot less Kraft jokes than I expected, but Giselle caught a ton of strays.

One of the (sad) realizations I had as I moved to my Super Nit method in 2017 is that there simply wasn't as wide a gulf between my skillz and my typical run-of-the-mill opponent's skillz as I woulda like to think there was. Which forced me to win the battle of recipricality by simply playing far fewer hands / from far fewer positions / for far less money than they were. My EP+ range (all of which I limp of course) is a very nitty 77+/ATs+/AQo+/KQs, and my guess is that this is far and away the biggest reason why stoopid me is able to win and my slightly stoopider neighbour isn't.

I went hybridless. One less thing to worry about, and the truck already does well. For no extra MPG.. meh.

They all crushed. I was very surprised to hear so many Hernandez jokes. My jaw just about dropped on every one of them.

Gronk was also getting rocked. Took a few on the chin, but eventually, he did not appear like he signed up for that.

not yet, i was an idiot and didn't consider how busy i'd be with nba/nhl playoffs

been a great month for me financially but have basically been staring at a computer screen 24/7

hope to get it sorted this week and get in some nice training rides and need to get out west soon anyway because my winning superbowl tickets expire after 6 months so even if I'm not able to do the ride proper, i still think I'll head out that way anyway to visit friends and stuff and maybe just do the pacwest portion of the ride idk yet

i'm also extra incetivized to grind out as much profit as i can now during these peak times because i know when i do the ride my earning will be very minimal - but legit considering bringing a laptop on the ride and making it a work trip

with the zero training put it it's pretty clear by now i have no chance of being competitive - but i still think it'll be a great experience and get me back into killer shape - which will be immensely helpful

good news. SPC estimates that greater than 1/2 (closer to 3/4) of those currently registered are going at it in a non competitive approach.

Brady telling the bald guy to lay off Kraft was embarrassing. (all I've seen is a few twitter clips). But honestly, the guy is a 80yr old mega billionaire. If he can't take the heat he should **** off

the line to Dana White about Brazilians was perfection

you found space for one of the longest posts of all time in the online dating thread. guessing you're just sat at the screen waiting for stuff to happen?

I survived a bounty satellite yesterday with zero additional bounties other than my own. Weird format, satellite into a $500 buy-in event, but half goes to the bounty in this tournament ($200 tot, $100 bounty, ~$70 into price pool, $30 fees). 67 runners, 10 seats available, bout tree-fiddy for 11th place cash. We agreed at 12 to make up the ~$15/winner for #11 to get a full seat, too (paying the bubble essentially). By first break, I had double starting stack, no extra bounties. 3rd break I was seriously short with ~20 left, still no bounties. Around this time, I get AA on the button, GII against the big stack's JJ. Flop gives him 4 to a flush and an open-ended straight draw. I dodge all the bullets to double up+. Soon after, I GII with KK against someone else's 88. He flops open-ended straight-flush draw and again I dodge more bullets than I can count and double up. I'm able to cruise into surviving to win a seat, zero extra bounties. One other guy at my table (we had both been there since the start of the tournament) won a seat with only his own bounty. I figure there were 58 bounties split unevenly amongst the final 10 of us. Statistically significant that two people only had one each?
