The 60 year old fat guy was trying to act like some enforcer type. In the longer video you can see him walking Perry out like he's some sort of tough guy bouncer. Anyways, he probably regrets mouthing off to Perry and then attacking him.

This was in Lubbock TX. Perry punched 3 people. He received a misdemeanor assault charge punishable by up to a $500 fine. Not sure which punch that was for, but probably the first one and most definitely not for the one on film here.

Good 3-5" pow day in Summit County. Made first track on Big Horn (Outback) and was #4 on Porcupine for my next run. Walked to car with Jelly-legs. (Finally)

We have had snow but the temps have been some of the coldest I have seen out here. Yesterday and today both started off on the minus side and these days I am just too pussay to get out there for that.

fun Vail Fail - yesterday we got 6" at mid mountain. It was fuggin cold and I took the hard pass. We have a trip planned next year for chattercreek https://chattercreek.ca/ so SPC is wanting to get at it to ramp up her pow skillz for the trip. So she gets to the canyons side @ 830. She opts for the OBX over the gondola. OBX is still not spinning @10 and there is zero word from anyone as to the status. SHe finally leaves obx line and the gondolla line is beyond massive so she heads back home.

Yeah, we're a bit cool as well.. Couldn't get the Queen out today (or tomorrow). I grew up skiing the East so sub-zero temp isn't too cold. New technology clothes makes it easier to get first tracks than back in the seventies when Cold was Cold.

I have frat bros and other friends in Summit that Always ski later in the day and as such, have skied very few days with them as we are just as firm in our First Chair obsession. They laughed when I asked if they wanted to join me this AM. Their loss, imo.

I hear he is a golfer, so at least he's got that going for him.....

I'm itching for the weekend. Giro totally biffed my helmet order, so I'm still sidelined for the moment. Heading to powder7 after work to pick up a backup. I have zero faith Giro will get the right helmet here in time.

The only time first chair sucks is late spring during the refreeze cycle. Other than that, I'm with yeah.

Just discovered a new (to me) band with a cool 80s sound. First song I heard from them, I thought it was new music from Duran Duran:

I was based out of lake placid my senior year in high school and skied whiteface every day before skewl. Its really really cold there and I am no longer into being "hardcore" and am more than happy to not ski when its single digits unless conditions are epic.

I love it when the snow levels drop so that some/most of the "mountains" around Phoenix have white tops. Desert snow is cool.

Haven't seen the Superstitions yet today, but I bet they look cool, too.

I mostly agree, though I don't necessarily need "epic." My desire to ski is a function of when it last snowed. I don't really want to be "sucking it up" to scrape around on groomers. But if we're within a few days of snow, I usually know the mountain well enough to find something to make it worth it.

Again…very brave.
