HOA fees here in PC are all over the map. The condo we r bidding on is 250 a month. But there are some over 750.

My point was the "usual" HOA.

I saw last week a "reasonably priced" Keystone 2BR with a $1175/month fee. Not even a ski in/out. YIKES

edit: Frisco is priced almost where Breck is.

While I suppose that's true, it sounded like you automatically attributed the state to being racist, just on the demographics. I would also note the tendency that people have been exhibiting lately to assign racist motives to any group that is conservative - again, without knowing anything else. A behavior that is racist in and of itself.

The head of the kkk is there. It’s their Capital compound or something. There’s also a lot of racists in Oregon and the two states share a border.

Do I know a lot of racists? A decent amount. I mean most people I know are racist but the more extreme variety live past Redding and before Portland. And throughout utah

There’s a great book called black like me where a journalist takes pills to turn dark and documents how different people treat him

i think both sides regularly like to make blanket statements

i've been slandered as both a liberal and a conservative on this forum and often irl as well because if i objectively critique one aspect of either side then people automatically assume i therefore belong to the other side
