I don't know anything about appeals, but foh on your second paragraph. Zimmerman, Wilson, and the guy in Maryland were all found not guilty when there was a threat of violence. Chauvin clear as day murdered Floyd, and I can send you the video if you haven't seen it.

Was telling Skip earlier that Noor (black Mpls cop who killed the white woman couple years back) is on appeal to the MNSC for his 3rd deg. murder conviction. If that gets overturned, then so will Chauvin's, at least on that count.

V v glad some accountability has been brought and my city has one less reason to burn. Now we gotta get the one that can't tell her Glock from her taser
