Thanks folks! How's everyone?

No skiing for me yet, skwidz. Still taking it easy with the rona situation not being great here in CO. Plus still not a lot open. I have Wednesday booked so we'll see.

I closed on a house last week too. I haven't had a ton of time to get away the last month or so.

That would explain the disappearance. WE thought you were quarantining in a mountain cave. Glad to hear that you have emerged.

Yeah, we think so. It's the only place either of us has gone. She got promoted to a new job that does security on the classified network, so can't do that part remote.

Her new office basically follows the guidelines, but it's pretty lax. Like you don't have to wear a mask at your desk, even though the desks are barely 6 feet apart. Plus the secure server room is full of fans, so when you have to work on classified stuff, everyone's germs are being blown all over everyone else.

She wore a mask all the time, but... Well, we got mild cases, so maybe the mask kept the viral load small enough that we missed worse effects.

Got a second SA today, urologist said my initial results were fine. Wife sees her specialist in February. I do have a low morphology % so like the 20% chance per cycle is likely lower, but alot of it might just be that I gotta nut less leading up to actual trying to conceive.

Thanks mang, house journey has been silly because this market is wild right now. 10 "2nd place" offers and 1 "under contract" that fell through on inspection. To get this one we offered:
- 4% over asking offer
- escalation clause up to 6% over asking
- full appraisal gap coverage
- health/safety repairs or repairs over $2.5k only
- 5hr acceptance window or we pulled offer (shout-out to 11t for this idea)
