I love me a pumpkin pie but one thing I've discovered is that there isn't much of a difference between an $8 pumpkin pie and a $40 pumpkin pie. This year I went with a slight variant, a pumpkin cream cheese pie.

I'm probably traumatized. We didn’t get ice cream very often but when we did my mom refused to buy anything other than that Texas Gold Pecan sheit that tastes like Werthers Originals.
