No, but it happens often enough that everyone MUST wear a can. If kicking is involved... odds are someone gets hit at some point.

One of the worst things I have ever heard (I didn't see it because I looked away in horror) was a guy in my medieval group who had taken a nut-shot that split his cup. Apparently some of his parts slipped out the crack, which then snapped back closed. As he lay there screaming, the first aid guys had to break the cup the rest of the way to remove it. The rest of us spent a good half hour cringing.
