V is a young white guy who comes to the table with 180 red and 20 in white. He's not a reg that I recognize and has the lowest tier rewards card in the room so I'm guessing he's a rec. He handles his chips well though, shuffles his chips between hands etc. After he's been there maybe an orbit or two he starts to open pretty wide in position. He's shown down 97s and A7s but he's opening at a frequency that would suggest he's at something like a 60% range from 3 or 4 off the button. Most of these he's winning w/o showdown though he has given up to aggression and c-bet given up before.

H middle aged white guy was at the table when V arrived and has the biggest stack at the table with about $500 in front. I've 3-bet the V (who's on my immediate right) once and took down the hand with a flop c-bet after V and 1 other called the 3!. Also immediately before this hand I won a hand with KK (not shown) with a PF raise and flop c-bet.

V sits on a bit under $300 in HJ, opens for $10, H 3-bet to $30 with QQ, V is the only caller.

Flop $60 - J93

V checks, H $40, V calls (not insta-call but doesn't tank either)

Turn $140 - J93 K
V checks, H $75, V shoves ~160 total, H ???

Comments in particular on the turn bet and what we do now facing the shove

Check back turn.

As good portion of his range just got there. And we have lots of showdown equity.

Based on action, seems like eff stack is $230, not a few shy of $300, but anyway

I think this is a call but we're beat often... just getting a sick price. By leading the turn, we commit ourselves. I think checking this back is the way to go. We're often behind but can snag a gutter & maybe have 2 queen outs. I think the double barrel turns our hand into a bluff, one we're making in a 3:1 SPR pot. There simply isn't enough to lose for our villain to consider folding something like 2p or AK here. We know our V can fold, so I doubt we get much worse to call by leading.
