Barreling turn is standard, but with these stack sizes, check shoving might be best
Op what exactly is 6 greens? 6x20 6x25? It would help if you had pot sizes and chip denominations labled so i could work out the math behind your semibluff
Off the top of my head tho you prolly need him to fold about 25% of the time
