"Loose aggressive regular": 3-bet'ing almost any two cards vs a fishy guy on my right. A short stacked shoved over one of his 3-bets and he called a little more and lost to T high

Hand #1:
"Loose aggressive regular" raises to $20 (utg+2). Folds to me in the BB with KJ. Hero???

Hand #2:
Hero (utg+2) has T9. Loose passive fish in BB (200 bb's deep and he check folds a ton of flops). "Loose aggressive regular" on my left. Hero???

Hand #3:
Fishy tight aggressive guy open limps in the HJ (he raise/c-bets some and limps a lot too). CO (loose passive fish 200 bb's deep) limps. Hero has 88 on btn. Raise or limp behind the two limpers?

I guess hand #3 I should probably raise since they both play sort of passively post flop. I can get value from a lot of weaker hands right now, and I also isolate the pot with 1 or 2 fish HU in position, and can collect a lot of dead money post flop.

Curious about hand #2 because I usually play pretty tight from utg/utg+1/utg+2

Hand 1- Fold, this hand plays like ass HU OOP
Hand 2- Fold. You'll have position on the fish a lot.
Hand 3- WITF is a fishy-TAG who limps a lot? In any case, I usually raise unless they are super sticky post and will stack off with a marginal holding in a limped pot if we hit gin.

Hand-4 Don't post threads with multiple hands, or you'll get few responses with less thought in them. Kinda like the above...

Thanks for the responses. Why would yal two call with the KJs? How would yal play post-flop? Would check raising low boards with 1 club be a good strategy?
