Villain is in MP raising to 10

Say we are OOP (Blinds) and have pocket 9s and just call

HU on the flop

flop 1 is : J

flop 2 is J 7 6 rainbow

Villain is Cbeting a) 60% b) 80% c) 100%

What is your line on the flop? b/f, c/c, c/r, b/c, c/f

I'd be inclined to c/c almost all the time. Donking/raising is only folding the air that we're hoping to win a couple of bets from.
