playing out the next 5 hands is apparently worth .28ptbb to me and there is no way that posting in the CO can cost me more than playing my bb which is -.18
I filtered for 8+ players instead of 9+ since the inaccuracies of a smaller sample size is more of a problem than the small change in true winrate between the two. My winrate for the hands shown there is 2.22 ptbb/100 and the distribution of winrates by position seems reasonable other than the obvious anomaly UTG+1
and I suspect I am losing a lot less per hand posting from the CO than the BB
even if I didn't adjust my play at all (folding instead of checking when it's limped to me, etc) then it would be very close between posting and waiting.
Not sure if we're saying the same thing, but since you make .28 in the first 5 positions, and say -.16 from posting in the CO, that's making .12 over 6 hands, which would equal .02 per hand, which is your average overall. So assuming -.16, there really isn't any difference between entering BB vs CO. Since you are a winning player, you would expect to be +ev entering from either BB or CO.
