5/5 NL
Hero on button with KThh ($600)
Straddle on
6 callers including hero
Flop ($60):
T76sxx
Checks to hero who bets $25
SB and LJ call
Turn ($110):
6s
Checks to hero who bets $75
Both fold
This is played in SoCal so players are usually call happy with almost anything, but there are several issues/questions I have with the way I played this hand.
1. Should I be trying to isolate preflop? I would obviously need to kick it up to a much larger amount to thin the field, but it wouldn't surprise me if I still got 2-3 callers.
2. My flop bet is super tiny and I was not a fan of the sizing at all. On a semi-connected board and flopping top pair against call happy opponents is it best to bet 75-100% pot?
Trying to fix any and all leaks in my game so any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

We have a playable hand and position, the problem with raising (and at this stack depth, with a straddle) is that we'll quite quickly lose pot control. With the straddle on, we effectively start the hand with 60 bb... raising PF would lower SPR uncomfortably.
I'm fine with the flop bet and the turn bet. Again, I wouldn't go for huge value because the hands we're getting value from are the pairs with an 8 or a 9. If you go for too much value, you only get played back by hands that beat us or strong draws that are way live to us.

Limp might actually be better here. Stacks are shallow and if we bing something tasty, we can still get stacks in pretty easily. More stack left relative to the pot benefits us as the IP player

This depends on how aggressive the blinds are. If you are more likely to get 3bet this is a limp.
If not, I raise this to 60 or 70 all day. Likely get called by 1 or 2, but you are in position with a hand that almost always flops equity via a draw, or can bet small as cbet if an A high flop comes to fold out the pps and sc's that call. Easy hand to play well postflop imo.

Slightly bigger flop bet, closer to 45. Turn is fine, surprised both folded.
