Poker income app. Import problem

Using the poker income app, when trying to export history from my old phone to my new one it wont work. I bought the export feature on my old phone and exported all the history to my mail. And then i copy pasted all that to my new phone in the "import" tab but it says "0 sessions imported" etc
Anyone knows how to import correctly?

the best way is to download your data to their website then up load it on the new phone. go to setting/manage date/backup and restore. you will set up a username and pass code the up load everything. on the new phone you have to go hit restore.
fwiw when I switched phones they made me pay the 5 bucks for the app all over again just be ware
