Hero is a 22 year old Indian guy I'm really talkative to whole table, been having a good time guys are gambling and there's some decent stacks all around 100bbs. 500$ MP

V- he is usually a nit so I believed, he almost always had it at showdown and he's usually pretty aggressive with what he does play he bets on the bigger side when he puts his money in. But today one hand went down where he had raise a loose player and the guy shipped on a J high flop and he snap called the raise with J10 loose guy had j6 and hit runner runner straight he threw his cards face down and past the line but not in the muck and when he saw the river took me back and showed the straight and I think V lost it from there. He started raising a betting everything but he was not down much his stack was fluctuating a lot. He has 80ish$ BB

V2- I have no reads on him he recently came and I played with him once a long time ago. 175$

A few limps I raise to 16 from MP with 88 get a call on the btn and a call from BB( raising 88 from Mp what do you think??)

Flop. Pot-48
1073
V checks I bet 20 v2 calls than V ships for 65, hero?????

No offense but I hate when people put "a few limps" in HH's where they're seeking advice. Depending on the amount of limpers I lean towards over limping here in MP in a 1/2 game. Later position I'll raise it.

These are very weird situations, and a lot of the time they lead to catastrophe. I think if you want to raise, you need to raise an amount that shows you are committed to the hand. And you should probably do it in a situation where you really are committed.

On the flop, typical squeeze, probably two clubs or a set. Really hard to get value from the player behind you if you do call. Should you not have seen this coming?
