Microstakes homegame that's pretty loose.
Villain 2 (the relevant one) plays pretty tight, but he has also shown the ability to pull some bigger bluffs (especially against me since I tend to be the tightest player at the table).
Villain 1 is very loose, aggressive and splashy.

0.02€/0.04€ NL (4 handed, around 150bb deep)
BB V1
UTG V2
BN Hero

I'll go in bb's from now to make things simpler.

Hero is dealt Q♠️7♠️

V2 limps, Hero overlimps on BN, SB folds, V1 checks in BB

(I overlimp with my Q7s because I don't expect too many raises from the players behind me and will often see a cheap flop.)

Flop (Pot: 3.5bb) A♦️K♠️7♥️
V1 checks, V2 bets 2.5bb, H calls, V1 calls

(I call multiway since there aren't only Ax and Kx in the opponent's range in a limped pot, so I at least sometimes be good against both players and also have 5 outs to trips or 2 pair.)

Turn (Pot: 11bb) A♦️K♠️7♥️Q♣️

V1 checks, V2 bets 5bb, H calls, V1 folds

(I just call to trap and keep V2 betting, certainly could've also raises here)

River (Pot: 21bb, around 140bb eff. behind) A♦️K♠️7♥️Q♣️2♠️

V2 bets 10bb, H raises to 30bb, V2 3bets to 70BB

What do we do here?

If the stakes were higher, it would be a fold. At these levels, I'd call since it is only costing you about a pound.

Fold pre, fold flop, fold turn, fold River.

Your initial river raise is really thin. Villain can certainly be value-betting a worse hand, but it's hard to think of many worse hands than Q7 that would bet river and then call a raise. Villain would have to be really sticky to bet/call with a one-pair Ax hand in a multiway limped pot.

Speaking as someone who often plays microstakes online, this is a fold at any stake. Really tough to overcome the "it's only a couple dollars to call!" thing but obviously that's the only way to win, which I would assume is still the goal here.

I ended up folding and the Villain showed A4o for a really good bluff imo. Using the two pair blocker is well thought-out.
I agree that my river raise probably was too thin given the multiway action and the tight opponent.

I literally don't think I've ever seen a river 3-bet bluff at a $1/2 game in my life. It's especially weird with the small raise size.

If you were going to raise a street, I would have made it the turn. In a limped pot, you're just playing the guessing game. It's pretty easy for 2 pair to get counterfeited. No reason to raise the river.

I don't think of 3rd pair & 4th pair as a trapping hand. I'd be trying to get value ASAP. It's vulnerable to a lot of cards and it's hard to know when someone hit.

On the turn when I said I was trapping I already had two pair. I ended up folding and Villain showed A4o, a bluff with a weak top pair.
Also it wasn't $1/2, but 0.02/0.04€, microstakes.
