Passive limping table... I raise 67 off to $10 on the button after 2 limps. Get 4 calls. Flop 5 8 K rainbow. Cbet $25 get 1 call turn Ace. Bet $40 players moves all in for $59 I call he shows 88 five Queen(brick).

stack sizes? Clearly villain was short; if the rest of the table is this short, then limp behind or just fold. With a speculative hand like 67ss, you want the stack-to-pot ratio to be higher.

As played, the flop bet is *OK*, but are you really getting folds vs 4 players? The turn is a clear checkback to avoid exactly what happened (handcuffing yourself vs a shortstack).

Cliffs: pay attention to stacksize, don't try to bluff unbluffable opponents with speculative hands.

ps, in order to get more feedback, check the posting guidelines.

Plz check posting guidelines to make a better post that we can give better advice on. I would also search for ikestoys post on tag play, I'd recommend reading that before trying to play lag.

this hand is about the highest variance type play u can do while mayyyybe being breakeven or profitable but most likely being a leak

-raising junk after 2 limpers (always gonna get 1+ callers)
- cbetting with a draw 5 way (cant call a big raise, wont get 4 folds very often, checking here iss better)
- bluffing ace on turn (only good play in this hand, since ur range looks strong and its a scare card for him, then he ships and you are committed, should have just bet the pot which would have put him all in and had more fold equity)

has to be a reason to raise pre other than that you want to play tag. ie, you are isoing a particular opponent you expect to l/c and fold too often post flop.

but looking at this in particular, the raise pre is probably too small and not a good idea with short stacked opponents possibly calling. cbetting this board into four opponents is also no good.

limping in pre here is fine, don't feel obligated to raise pre ip with marginal hands until you get a better grasp of your opponents and how expect to exploit them either pre or post flop.

I think I am checking turn here hoping for a free river card, if not I think you have to fold if he bets turn, not worth chasing after he calls your flop he obv has a piece most of the time.

If your trying to play TAG, why are you playing 67? Is your Image VERY Tight?
