Results: I call and he mucks.
I just thought he was never betting the flop with a king, he was never using that turn sizing with AK or a set, and he was never using that river sizing with AQ-AJ, whereas he would play some draws that way and every draw bricked. In retrospect, I think a K is more likely than I gave credit for, and I'm not totally sure if I made the right call. Getting a good result on the river also made me wonder if I should have raised turn, and it was a little reassuring that other people would have just called as played.
