Villlain 1- weak tight. Really one of the only semi competent players in the room. In my head I call him Sam Jackson d/t his likeness to the "Snakes on a Plane" star. He does have decent bet sizing for extracting value from bad players. Able to fold mediocre hands to pressure.

Villain 2- Bad loose fish who will score with weird hands and then give it back. Ironically, she's willing to fold after putting in huge amounts of her stack. I've seen her raise a few times with middle pair if she thinks it'll get a fold. Her game is all over the place. She looks like Aunt Jemima.

Hero- Been in charge of the table all night. Playing solid TAG. Been able to pick up a couple of nice pots through value betting overpairs hard vs fish. Stack $800. Looks like Channing Tatum.

I interpret Sam's bet as some sort of srength. I interpret Aunt Jemima's bet as she has cards and chips.

if we raise the flop then it needs to be with the intention of raise/folding to Sam Jackson. if the money goes in for 200bb then we'll be drawing to one or 2 outs.

don't be fooled by the beauty of the hand...

if you raise the flop and get called (so as to get value from naked ace of diamonds) then you need to bet/fold the turn and check behind the river.

tbh Sam's bets seem like weak feeler bets and he might fold most of his range but it will be easier to get all of Aunt Jemima's money now than get 3 streets from Sam anyway.

I don't mind a call/call line either though if no bad diamond on river.

An OESFD sounds great, but in this case it is like saying you have a set draw on the flop.

The good news is that if someone doesn't have a flush, you're in great shape. I'd raise the flop. If you get re-raised, you'll have to see where it comes from and decide how much of their range isn't a flush.

As played, check behind on the river. Anything that is calling you beats you. They'll call their made flushes.

I was in a similar spot this weekend and wasn't overly shocked when AJ turned over Q6 for a better flush.

Having a weak/tight goodish player bet into the world in a limped pot is a little scary. But if he's capable of betting TP here, then I think I raise with our decent equity plus it sounds like we have FE. My typical raise here with a made hand would be to $75, which also happens to be exactly what Aunt Jemima has left, so I'd do that. If EP calls this big raise, I think I might be done with the hand unless I hit.

ETA: Turn is easy call as played (easily getting correct odds, only in trouble if Aunt Jemima is also on draw but whatever cuz she's short.

Sam says he had a flush as well. Hero mucks and acknowledges to the table that he hit his boat.

lol love it. Samuel J just lost all credit for being a bad mother ****er and Jules from pulp fiction would kick his ass. Like how you played otf and ott. Was river bet strictly a bluff knowing you had decent FE or were you value betting extremely light thinking 2pairs, sets were calling off?

At that point they were so genuinely weak that a bet of any substance was taking it down. I could never bet that river online. Here it was a no brainier although I was hoping aunt jemimah had some silly 2 pair to call with or something.
