1/2 holdem, 9max. 500$ eff. stack

Hero open 10$ QcQs from UTG+2, SB&BB calls.

SB is a rec player, not to loose, but not folding marginal hands vs 3 big bets.
BB is a rec player, was very active, making couple of significant bluffs, calling big bets lite, but running very hot for past hour(on my impression he tighten up last orbit)

Flop 5h5c4s, pot 30. blinds check, I bet 20$ both call.

Turn is Jh, pot 90. SB checks, BB now leads for 50, I call, SB folds. Given that BB was very active this session, and SB is a bit of a calling station, my plan is to call turn, and fold river if bb will continue

River is 8c, pot 190. BB checks. I think that BB will always continue with 5x, boat or 67, so I'm quite sure I have the best hand now, but there is not many hands he will call us with. I've bet 125(think is a bit to much, 90-100 would be better)
What do you think about turn, and the river?

This flop is terrible for your range. Especially bad when only the blinds call. This is a great hand to protect your checking range and imo this plays best as a check with you RFIing from EP vs the blinds.

Then you can XC turn and reevaluate otr

If you were to bet flop, you should be cbetting smaller in MW pots.
