Live 1-2 in Casino in central London.

Hero: been playing maybe 2 hrs at the table, game very loose so far, my VPIP is about 25% and PFR 20%. I've 3bet 3 times all in position.

Villain: been at the table maybe 45 mins, has 3bet twice to steal pots pre flop. Called 1 3 bet OOP and c/c 3 streets with TPTK to lose to a flopped set for a 350 pot.

Hand:

Hero: (400) J,J on the btn
Villain (550) in HJ

Action: Folded to V who raises to 8 pre, I raise to 30. He calls.

Flop: 9c, 3c, 2h

V checks
H bets 44
V raises to 125

Hero?

I am torn between folding and shoving. I can't see a profitable call here? I think folding makes me really exploitable to good players paying attention to 3bet ranges...

Thoughts/criticisms welcome

I don't know how much of a good player this guy is if he just called off 170bb with TPTK.

I'd fold. Also you don't need to worry about being exploited at 1/2 live, balancing is useless, even detrimental at these stakes.
Let me guess, this hand was played at The Empire in Leicester Square right?

I'm shoving because I think he has a lot of combo draws in his range and enough behind to fold. Plus from the hands he has played I think he would 4bet q,q +

Wasn't in Empire, was 30 yards away in Hippodrome!

You also beat combo draws (a4cc,56cc, etc) and hands like KQcc, AJcc. We lose to QQ, slow played KK+ (discounted somewhat but still possible) and sets.

Fold as played. We flip against big draws and are crushed otherwise. We're about a 34% underdog against his range even if he had a few combos draws in range

I would fold here. Best Case he is drawing for the flush or straight or both. Worst case he flopped a set. Based on his history, he won't fold his draws here with 155 in the pot if you shove. He has a million outs on this board against JJ.

Fold. If we call there is only like a PSB left OTT so we need to decide now if we are playing for stacks. I'm expecting to be crushed here more than half the time. If the player is "good" and sees that you have a fold button then we could be up against a draw or air but I don't see that happening too often. Fold and be glad you didn't lose any more money to the set he has.

Definite fold. V played his TPTK much more passively so his range is TT+/sets or he got bluffy with some type of flush draw. We're behind even a fairly broad range.

Yes, folding makes us exploitable to thinking players who are paying attention. We really don't need to worry about that at 1/2 or even 2/5 a lot of the time.

What was his specific hand and the action here, do you remember? I think this is a vital piece of info people aren't looking at enough.
